Victorian Cast Iron Cupboard Latch.  These latches are surface mounted and spring loaded, measuring  1 1/2" x 2 3/8".  They are complete, restored and ready to be installed.

Victorian Cast Iron Cupboard Latch is spring loaded with a handle that lifts up to release the latch.  This latch is surface mounted, a hole must be cut in the door 3/8" x 7/8" for the latch.   The keeper in mounted under a shelf and the latch must be mounted on the door so latching mechanism clears bottom of shelf 3/l6" to 1/4". The latch measures  3 7/8" x 13/16".  It is complete, restored and ready to be installed.
