This is a  Decorative RL CO. Rim Lock.  It measures 4 1/4" x 4 1/2" without keeper it measures 4 1/4" x 3 1/2", and it is reversible.  It has Black knobs, and it has a night latch at the bottom of the lock.  The lock is keyed, restored and ready to be installed.
